Q3 is the king of the selfie. The autofocus works great. Perfect to capture life, even in those quiet late moments post shift, with my companion while the world sleeps.

In teds video(art of photography) it seems that the crop modes actually take a picture of the whole sensor area and just display the chosen fov, i could be wrong though, maybe i should rewatch the video. 
but that would mean no pixel binning and no dr improvement

I think you're talking about two different things

the 28/35/50/75/90 crop modes and the S/M/L RAWs

ISO 100,000. Nice sharp image (f/16) but obviously rather noisy. But....if you have to get the shot then it'll do. ISO 6,400 is really good.
