You captured the subject's essence with most excellent use of light, tonal range, composition, shadow, and a stunning gaze that made me, the viewer to; Stop, Look, Think and even Feel something about this person and moment in time. The portrait has all the hallmarks of a masterpiece photograph. This portrait, is one of the best that I have seen on the forum in some time.
