But Hepcat, I've always thought sharing is a good thing. I feel selfish getting all this snow. 🙂

I'm in east-central Iowa and so far (knock on wood) the winter onslaught has missed us. We're still in the 40s for daytime highs and we've just had some rain. But I own an apartment building in NW Iowa, and one of the tenants sent me a photo of them trying to dig out last Thursday. I got the snow blade on my tractor a couple of weeks ago, and I think that act alone has saved us over here... at least for a couple of weeks. 🤣 Edited December 12, 2022 by hepcat
Idawhat Posted December 12, 2022 Author Share #8 Posted December 12, 2022 Hepcat, The trick with snow in my area is to plow it even when it's only a few inches deep. If you don't, it just compounds and gets away from you. Good luck with the snow blade. I've resorted to a snow blower and tractor bucket & blade. Welcome, dear visitor! In Wisconsin we call that cheating. 🥶 We hand shovel anything less than 20 inches. 😉
