There is some great recommendations here in terms of the bodies.  I might encourage you to leave some $ in the tank to buy a special lens once you establish which focal length is your favourite on your M.  As others have mentioned, while the 10M, 10R, 11 will last some good years , they won't last a lifetime in terms of actual use, but a lens will.
