I am a prime lover, but love to have your thoughts on the 55-135. Thank you . Prime lover here too . I think I`ve owned only two zooms in fifty years and if I`ve " got to use one" it has to be an internal zoom. Yet here I am using an extendable zoom and finding it very useful . I photograph a lot of action equestrian events and a zoom lens is more or less essential . I have always used the ubiquitous Canon 70-200 / 2.8 but I find the 55 -135 more than adequate (and much lighter of course) . There was a thread here not so long ago about focusing issues seemingly involving the use of the focus limiter facility . I must admit I wasn`t aware of this limiter which was active when I bought the camera and I have now switched it off. Focus accuracy seems to have improved as a result . I have the 23 and 35 and about half a dozen M lenses but the 15 -135 is always the default lens on the camera . Welcome, dear visitor!
