Photos from Bruges.  I took along the TL-23 as a one lens setup.  It did very well.   It does require software distortion correction and in some pictures with strong horizontal or vertical lines near the picture borders, the results are not perfect (e.g. architectural photos or photos of pictures in frames).

Another one still SOOC with the 55-135.

I consider this lense as absolutely fantastic, any range.

I've been doing a lot of dragonflies lately. They are in the macro section, since I've been using the Vivitar Series 1 90 f/2.5. But these two were quick shots off my porch with the 55-135 today.

+1. I was a real skeptic about this lens initially. Even tried to sell it at first. But the more I learn with it, the more I like it. Beautiful capture!

This is fantastic. You inspire me. Was this a straight shot or did you add any supplementary attachments?

Thanks!

Straight shot (manual), tightly cropped but virtually no other work in post. I give all credit to that great lens.

No matter how hard I try I can't get focus as sharp as this. Are you using a tripod or are your beautiful pictures taken handheld? And manual focus?
