Quick walk around Attingham Park yesterday - CL 90 M Cron.  I take every opportunity to get the beautiful Cedars in the frame because they are slowly disappearing, each winter ends with them diminished.  I didn't go into the main part of the Deer Park, just skirted round the edges so was nice to come across these youngsters, not sure who was most startled, them or me, but they were quickly gone into the bracken.

Good question Vikas, and one I have asked and had different replies to.  The Cedars were planted around 1802, and one of the gardeners told me they were just coming to end of life.  This surprised me as I thought these Cedars were much longer lived.  There was a lot of damage from heavy snows a few winters ago where the weight of the snow broke many of the boughs.

Beautiful trees though in a wonderful setting.

I am really photographing flowers too much. But that is what is currently attracting me at the moment. Here is another a Canada Lily, wild grows along road sides. This backed up against a wooded area to give the picture really nice contrast. CL with 200 f4 Telyt f 6.3 full frame, why such a long lens, poison ivy all around.

We are all so relieved that you've finally admitted this. We were about to do an intervention. 😀

Seriously, can't do enough flowers this time of year!
