Thanks Dippy.  Haven't had the Sony long, have couple of lenses left from my Canon days and it's nice to have FF with AF and IBIS (much much cheaper option than the SL and 90-280, and it fits my hand).   I am guessing Dippy, you wouldn't be happy without wide angle options, I always feel like something critical is missing if I don't have telephoto options. The A73 covers that for me and also gives me a body for M lenses with the added benefit of IBIS. Number of lenses, not that many 😜, could always find room for another!

LOL, yes. Lenses are like plants - you can always squeeze one more in ;) Thanks for this lovely shot too - I can see why you love your long lenses so much if they allow you to get shots like these.

I had an early birthday treat this morning from my Daughter who picked me up and took me off to a Safari Park where I spent a couple of hours with a small group of photographers in the Lion enclosure.

Thoroughly enjoyed watching these wonderful beasts.   This one here, called Ted was castrated when he was young so has no mane but is absolutely huge.

The first one is just beautiful; quite regal in the way you have portrayed the animal.
