caigy Posted June 6, 2019 Share #5884 Posted June 6, 2019 CL with Vario-Elmar-R 35-70 (circa 1989). I know this lens doesn't have the greatest reputation, but mine's been CLA'd and looks like new. I'm happy with its performance (did some brick wall tests, etc.) and the bokeh seems okay to me. The one downside is that it doesn't focus very close. This photo was at 70mm (105mm on APS-C) and was as close as I could get. Welcome, dear visitor! I have seen them in this colour at florists, and I think you can buy the bulbs to grow them in this colour yourself - of course I'm sure there has been some human work involved, just as with all the various colour of many plants you can get now.
