This group of evangelists used to come to the University campus and yell hellfire and damnation to anyone who could listen. Mostly they got heckled and laughed at but at times the "discussions got pretty heated. The leader was "Reverend" Jed Smock (first image) and he always traveled with "Brother" Max Lynch (second image) and "Sister" Cindy (third image). In the second image a UW grad student is trying to make a point with Max, but Max wasn't about to listen. In the third image, Cindy is yelling "go back to Africa" to a Black grad student, thereby demonstrating some of her tolerance and understanding. She was fond of denouncing most of the people in the crowd as "fornicators." That always got a lot of laughs.
