Tim:

Consider eBay.  I've bought a couple of S lenses from sellers there without issues.

Occasionally Fred Miranda buy/sell or GetDPI will have some pop up.

(I really enjoy my S 100. Its about the size of the S 70).

Option1: Go to getdpi.com or fredmiranda.com  and post a WTB listing.

Option2: Do a google search for S 100 a few times everyday or at least once everyday! I used to do this everyday and find the lens I’ve been looking for.. many times!! This is a waiting game but it will eventually show up! Good thing about this is all listings across different websites show up in google search.

Option3: contact Leica dealers and ask them to contact you when they have a used one in stock. Their prices will still be much higher sthan other sellers..

Like new ones have sold for less than half the original price in my experience following these gear for nearly 2 years. If you wait enough, you’ll get one! 😌

I’ve bought all my S gear secondhand from eBay, mpb and Park Cameras.

If you’re patient you can get Like New gear for 1/3 of the price of what a dealer would charge and 1/4 of the price of brand new. You won’t get any warranty from a private seller on eBay but mpb and Park Cameras offer a 6-month warranty of their used items.

mpb is quite literally the best used market seller I’ve come across! KEH used to have competitive prices but compared to mpb they’re far from being competitive.. I still like keh but with mpb, I don’t even pay taxes on an already lower price!! mpb typically updates around 11am PST 😂 they’re very reliable and has great customer service. eBay is great if you’re picky about your seller.. I’ve won a couple of items in auction which were like new and came at a bargain price!!

I just have bought Leica lens used (for the M) form Leica Meister in Germany. You can google them if you like. I found it quite good to deal with them. The also have some used S equipment, but as far as I can see no 100mm at the moment.

I had quite an unpleasant experience shopping there in Munich four years ago.  I wouldn't recommend it if you are (or look like) an American visiting Europe.
