pgk Posted January 10, 2022 Share #5 Posted January 10, 2022 Stuart, enjoy! Having 'downsized ourselves, we have downsized internally as I insulate upstairs. Two ceilings down and one to go. Now for the tricky bit of fitting vents and insulation!
stuny Posted January 12, 2022 Author Share #6 Posted January 12, 2022 Danniao, Ravi, Paul, Graham, Dave, Andy, Thomas, Elmer, David & Rob - thank you. Paul - Good luck with the rest of the work. Elmer - We sold a 5-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house with separate 2-car garage and some land and bought a 2-bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse. among the optioons which we did not take was to have a 3rd bedroom, and to have a sunroom added on one of the patio concrete slabs. Thomas - yes, rather spacious, add it was just a bit before sunset. Andy - I can imagine.

Living there full time would be quite a challenge. Snow depth in that area is over 3 ft now.
