rivi1969 Posted October 2, 2021 Share #1 Posted October 2, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) Good afternoon everyone, I wonder if you could give me some thoughts here. I have a trip with my wife to Korea and Japan (or Korea and Vietnam, depending on the Covid situation) early next year. I was planning to take both my M8 and M9P with the 21mm f4 and 35mm f2 lenses, so I was thinking in getting a new Voigtlander 28mm f2 "vintage line" for my M9-P. Thanks to my iPhone that has thousands of images taken, I am now very fond of the 24-28mm FoV and I think will be great for my adventure. Then, a friend of a friend offered me his like new Q-P with every original accessories for a little less of half the cost a new Q2, no need to pay extra taxes or fees. -I believe this forum won't allow us to put specific amounts- but you get the idea. I been always interested in the Q, so I think this might be a rare chance to get my hands on a great camera to paired with my M9-P and the 35mm. The images are superb, so how do you still like yours? Your comments will be very appreciate. Thank you and happy weekend Ricardo
Advertisement Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 Hi rivi1969, Take a look here Looking for your thoughts on the Q-P (or the Q1) still worth the investment?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Ba Erv Posted October 2, 2021 Share #2 Posted October 2, 2021 I’d jump on it without a second thought.
LondonL Posted October 3, 2021 Share #3 Posted October 3, 2021 The Q-P is a fantastic camera and still very relevant today. If you don’t need high megapixels or weather sealing then there is no need to look at the Q2.
