I am not sure if I can mention him, but I have to recommend him 100%, he is name is Jacques Fontana , his work and him as a person are incredible. He called that finish Grain Black Paint, in real life doesn't look like Hammertone finish.  here's the original post in summilux france http://www.summilux.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=78646

I have since set it free and it is now finally beginning to brass nicely in the right places.

As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members!  My M4 that I had repainted. That poor thing was scratched up and had corrosion all over the place: it had sat in its leather case for who knows how long. Repainting meant all that got cleaned and refurbished. Most of it is black paint, but a few items such as the film rewind knob, strap lugs, and ISO dial are in black Cerakote to withstand more wear. She's a beaut that is finally getting some use.
 Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members!  My M4 that I had repainted.
