It’s a great lens! The ASPH has amazing pop though, but…just too large and heavy for a 50mm f1.4 from my POV. It’s also not as dreamy as the pre-asph, and it definitely does not look as good in B&W as the pre-asph does. 

For the sake of sharing pictures on this thread, here’s one I shot last week on M10M at f1.4

Yes, the ASPH is very good for Color, but it is just too perfect. And I agree, I do not like it in B&W. I have many Darkroom Prints from ASPH and PRE ASPH...ASPH just lacks the "soul"...but others love it, too me, it is just to perfect...
