SJH Posted February 9, 2021 Share #1 Â Posted February 9, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) Just watched this review on YouTube, interesting and entertaining!! Out of all the TT & 7Artisans lenses he prefers the this one and the 28mm 1.4 (worth watching that also). Â

colonel Posted February 9, 2021 Share #2  Posted February 9, 2021 (edited) thanks Its a fantastic lens, very well made, sharp throughout the range except in the extreme corners. The 1.4 is even better lots of finder blockage, but the focus patch is free another good one TTArtisan 50mm f/0.95 Quick Review by ErickPHOTO - YouTube The Noctilux we can afford... LucisPictor Posted March 7, 2021 Share #5  Posted March 7, 2021 (edited) First sample shots, all wide open at f/0.95... (taken on a Sony A7II). I'm really impressed! Focussing is perfect on my M out-of-the-box.  Photos will follow... Welcome, dear visitor! How would you describe the sharpness in the middle in comparison wide open? Is it comparable?

So far I am pretty happy about the performance (also sharpness) of the lenses.
6bit Posted July 27, 2021 Share #9  Posted July 27, 2021 Does this lens focus near to far on the Leica SL? The 7Artisans 1.1/50mm does not, the rubber ring that protrudes from the rear element physically touching the inside of the SL before reaching infinity.
cboy Posted July 27, 2021 Share #10 Â Posted July 27, 2021 (edited) Id prefer the mitakon as it doesnt need calibration .. Edited July 27, 2021 by cboy
Q_lux Posted July 27, 2021 Share #11  Posted July 27, 2021 Love to play around with that lens ... I discovered that the lenshood from a Mamiya 200mm f4 has the same thread, just had to shorten it a little on the lathe. Welcome, dear visitor! 6bit Posted August 5, 2021 Share #13  Posted August 5, 2021 I've shot this lens most of the day. I'm reviewing photos and was wondering if anyone else believes the sharpness/detail at 0.95 looks about the same or very close as the Nocti 1.2 (re-issue)? Any thoughts on this? I don't have the Nocti 1.2 but I have looked at a lot of photos posted here on the forum.

Its called „L-Mount Modification“. You can chose this while ordering. It is working perfectly on the SL.
