Shooting most of the time with my old and manual Nikkor lenses on my T and CL, I never tried to use my native zooms in manual. So, I tried to see how the MF works with 18-56.

I must confess that I feel more comfortable to focus with my old lenses than with Vario Elmars. Maybe because I am more used to them! Also, I am sure it would be much easier with CL focus peaking.

But as the Leica glasses are excellent anyway, the result was quite decent.

In two weeks while in Italy, I shot approximately 1800 photos with the TL2.  I must admit the camera did not hiccup even once.

Nice shots Rick.  Thank you for sharing.  In the couple of weeks that my family and I spent in Italy some years ago, staying on an olive plantation in Tuscany, we didn’t have a single bad meal - and also never a bad coffee!

I'm thinking it would make a decent bookmark for churchgoers...

Warsaw . . . the many styles of architecture.  The tall building to the left was designed by Daniel Libeskind, the Polish architect who also designed the new World Trade Center in NYC.

Thank you Vikas,

Yes, the Food was perfection , the coffee strong, and the people very sweet!  However, the Olives were not yet ripe - we were about a month early for fresh Olive oil.
