Dear friends, thank you so much for your kind and encouraging words.

During this Cherry Blossoms season in Washington DC, I did not have my camera to take some shots of this beautiful but too short period. But allow me to offer you one from last year.

Leica T + Angenieux 35-70 mm (I believe)

Not the lens or camera I would have chosen, but the T with the 18-56 managed to get this shot.

I'll let Louis guess the city. As for the country, I think it's obvious. :p

It reminds me a little of Ouchy when I was in a boarding school not far from there!... But I am sure Ouchy has changed a lot and expended much since then,  and it can't be Ouchy!...

But that white castle reminds me very much of Nyon!... Therefore; I go for Nyon!... ;)

Do I pass the test?

What do I win?

:D

OK, back in the fold, third time lucky I hope. Now all I need is a Visoflex and M-T adapter and I'm complete.

First shots were random grand-children ones, but this mantis was about so I slipped an Elpro on the 18-56 and shot a couple. Needed a tripod and decent time and effort, but got this anyway.

Thank you Louis, glad to be back.

Film has taken a fair bit of the attention, and I certainly love shooting/processing etc, but the digital side is nice too.

The X-Vario is a fantastic camera, but the T is "weird, quirky", etc, and it is nice to be back with it.
