haha thank you.  i like the sharpness you can see in the fur but there's something about the color that feels like it's not rendered quite right, its got this vintage film look that is not intentional

A tiny change to the green channel I think helps yet it still reminds one of film

Here’s a test shot in available light taken with the T 55-135 zoom at 55mm and wide open with the ISO at 6400. It’s grainy but I’m impressed by how much detail is evident where it’s in focus. The photo was gently processed in LR with sharpening and noise reduction left at the defaults.

 

I’m used to never exceeding ISO 3200 for colour photos but in future I shall not be so wary of going higher with this camera/lens combination.

That is indeed good and also the grain is not distracting at all. It is a good lens.

One more Elproed (3) shot, this time cropped and very little else apart from Import/Export to jpg and resized from Lightroom.

 

18-56 lens, at 18mm. F3.5, 1/50 sec, ISO 500. Elpro 3 held manually in front of lens and filter - still waiting for a stepping ring ......

St. Mary's Lake, Near Kimberley , British Columbia, Canada, My favorite Dog walking area, (the dogs too) they know the word "lake", when I say "lake" they run to the car.
