Advertisement Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 Hi kengai, Take a look here from M10 to ...?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
mike3996 Posted August 3, 2020 Share #2 Â Posted August 3, 2020 Not really? But what is it that you're unhappy with M10?
jaapv Posted August 3, 2020 Share #3 Â Posted August 3, 2020 Only you can answer the question. To me even the upgrade from the M9 to the M10 doesn't make sense. Â 1
kengai Posted August 3, 2020 Author Share #4 Â Posted August 3, 2020 I read that the M10 and M10-D are discontinued, they remain M10-P and M10-R. I don't find that the M10-P allows much more resemblance to the M10, while the M10-R looks good for a more specialized use, e.g. large format printing. tom0511 Posted August 3, 2020 Share #5 Â Posted August 3, 2020 The quiet shuuter of M10-P is nice.
nuc001 Posted August 3, 2020 Share #6 Â Posted August 3, 2020 I don't think upgrading from M10 to M10-P is worth it... M10-R at least has the new sensor in addition to all the goodies from the M10-P like the quiet shutter etc.

GG Media Works Posted August 3, 2020 Share #8  Posted August 3, 2020 Last I remember, Leica was offering an upgrade option where you can send them your M10 and they'll outfit it with all the 'P' bits. Maybe look into if they are still doing that.
Mr.Q Posted August 3, 2020 Share #9 Â Posted August 3, 2020 I upgraded a couple years ago, and the biggest difference I felt was the touchscreen, allowing double tap to check critical focus.

jaapv Posted August 3, 2020 Share #13  Posted August 3, 2020  in fact, it makes absolutely no different one, provided the camera does not suffer from buttonitis.
Chaemono Posted August 3, 2020 Share #14  Posted August 3, 2020 This is SOOC. Love how Preview renders the red color. I stole the idea from Holger Forst's Classic Cars gallery. The semi-transparent watermark is just to show how well the spirit level worked. 😂 Welcome, dear visitor!
