I have learnt so much from this photograph this morning... never heard of Garlic Scapes, was expecting to see a field of Garlic, google and well, new cooking and gardening technique. My husband has often had a moan about his garlic bulbs not being as big as they should be, now he knows why, so thank you. I also had never heard of them until I saw a pile for sale at a farmers market.
