tom.w.bn Posted June 20, 2020 Share #1 Posted June 20, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm looking for the information which text is stored in the EXIF field "Model" for the M-P 240. For the normal M240 it's "LEICA M (Typ 240)". Is it different for the M-P 240? Want to check compatibility of raw converters with the M-P. Thank you in advance. Advertisement Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Hi tom.w.bn, Take a look here M-P 240 - EXIF Information. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jdlaing Posted June 20, 2020 Share #2 Posted June 20, 2020 On mine it says Leica M (Typ 240) Pretty much everything is cosmetic with the exception of the buffer so they are the same with respect to image.

tom.w.bn Posted June 20, 2020 Author Share #5 Posted June 20, 2020 Good to know that every raw converter that can process M240 images can also process the M-P 240 files. In the compatibility list of the vendors I never saw the M-P.
