A big snowstorm moved into our area today and this was the very clearly defined front.

Was back at White Sands National Park in New Mexico. Overcast skies and on/off rain mean almost no contrast.

Australia Day Rally 26th January - increasing numbers demonstrating for Aboriginal rights on what was originally Australia Day Holiday and now unofficially known as "Invasion Day". The image turned out a little less clear than I imagined and compared to previous attempts.  Its a hand held four image stitch panorama and effectively captures the size of the rally, I think. M 35 Summicron and set at 400 ISO, my usual for Street Photography.

To the uninitiated at least, your stitching of hand held shots looks outstanding, vertical frames ?

I suppose too much to hope this was an easy job based on some free software!

After dozens of posts in the M246 thread, this is my first in this thread, because, after resisting for a year, I sold the M246 and bought the M10M.

We (finally) had a rainstorm in the San Francisco Bay Area, which resulted in ground fog in the valleys near my home the next morning. 75mm Summicron.

Congratulations and great photo!

Only downside I see is the M246 thread has lost a significant contributor!

Reminds me of my daily commute over Grizzly Peak back in the day, before moving East.  Still miss it after 15 years...

You’re going to love the M10-M.

Good move on the camera. You're going to love it (perhaps you already do), but you have created a problem for yourself. When your first M10M image post is a stunner like this, you've set a pretty high bar for yourself. 😉

Cheers,

Brent

Thanks. Yes, I'm afraid it may all be downhill from here.
