My M10p was brand new (bought it a week ago) and had this issue on 20 to 30 % of my photos as it seemed. Freaked out, looked at this forum, contacted Leica, got custom update within 36 hours. And they confirmed it is caused potentially by a weak pixel on the line of pixels in cold weather conditions. Great to hear they were able to help!
