What do we see here ?
This winding tower belongs to a northern germany mine called " Schacht Konrad", a planned interim storage facility for low-and intermediate level radioactive waste.

The red light behind the tower belongs to a steelmaking process behind the mine, a steel furnace which was just opened and lightend the clouds.

Exif: ISO 100, F10, 48 sec, SL -II with 24-90 at 24mm

I placed a bird feeder near the entry path to my front door so I can shoot from the second floor out the kitchen window.. looking forward to better light once we get through winter.

♂ Cheetah, the fastest land animal on Earth  -Zuka Game Reserve.  SL2 & Canon 400mm f4 USM DO II with Sigma MC-21 adapter.

Another endangered African animal, sadly in a long list, that we're protecting. They once roamed much of Africa and Asia, but are now endangered due to loss of habitat, lack of prey & their vulnerability to humans, hunters, and poachers. This has increased their risk of becoming extinct.

It's not all doom & gloom, we are slowly winning & numbers in the wild are increasing once again.
