No, no flash, strobe, tripod or anything.  There was a narrow shaft of sunlight hitting the flowers and I spotted it while taking pictures of my granddaughters.  So I just pulled up a chair end exposed the photos hand-held for the light.  I didn’t brighten the whole picture with Lightroom’s ‘Auto’ option. Reduced the highlights a bit, brought up the contrast and spot-masked some shine off a black rod propping up the flowers.

All quick and dirty on an iPad.  I may have another look at it on the Mac tomorrow when I sync and back up the files.
