Vacationer - I went on a mission in the surrounding suburbs to find derelict subjects. There seems to be a lot more subject material since my last reconnoitre in 2021. I have a fascination with Urban Decay and buildings found on our city streets and beyond. So I made a mental note of some very good "bad subjects" to return in better light. The light needs to be right for me to expose for a creamy surreal effect which I think increases the banality of my subjects.   SL2 with Apo SL Summicron 35

75 SL APO

This is not a composite image, it's a reflection of a girl standing in from of a glass doorway with graffiti tags on it, with a red background on one side. Her photo is actually a reflection, shot it wide open so everything else would dissolve.

That is such a beautiful image with my favorite lens on the planet….
keep going.  And along with that 75 apo, your m 50 1.4 should never leave your bag.

That is extremely kind of you to say, Robb…thank you!

I’ve been exclusively shooting with the 75 SL APO for a couple of weeks now because I had neglected it for the past few months in favor of the 50 Lux M. Really loving the results possible with both of these fantastic tools.
