How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

Had a fun job today taking portraits of 7 businessmen friends celebrating at one of the tallest buildings in NYC. Couldn't shoot outside because of the biblical weather here. One hour job, 500+ photos with the SL2, which didn't skip a beat. This is natural light, overcast, we were on the 103rd floor and actually surrounded by a cloud. 

50 M Lux 1.4 ASPH 

After three years of hard use, I'm so utterly pleased with this camera & with this lens. Anybody who can't do great work with these tools should try roller skating instead.

SL2, Sigma 105mm F2.8 DG DN MACRO | A (L-Mount)

Studio shot. Focus stack (33 images) Shot with two off-camera strobes (Godox AD200Pro/Godox XL Pro II L trigger) Flash A camera right 45 degrees, slightly below subject, modified with MagMod Mag Grid. Flash B mounted on overhead boom above subject, bare bulb, bounced off 32 inch white umbrella.
