How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

Leica Vario-Elmarit-SL 24-90 f/2.8-4 ASPH

I struggle with the contents of this photo and have hesitated at posting.

The syringes, the (what I think is) blood, the grime, the fact it is open with people in it and the fact it is about five minutes walk from some very expensive high street shops.   I am not naive and I am well travelled, this somehow made me more uncomfortable than I would have expected.

It just looked like a nice photo, though of a dirty entryway, till I read your description!

...with the current storms outside the investment in the Sigma 70mm pays off - being able to do some indoor photography;) - this time first attempt with focus-stacking - choose to shoot with f5.6 to have the out-of focus areas appropriately burred which required a lot of shots to have in-focus what should be in focus (in the end 17 exposures).

Beautiful! If time permits, can you point the 70mm against highlights to check flare / loss of contrast? Cfr my search for a flare resistent 90mm-ish lens on SLx...
