How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

There are only few instances where (for me) the artificial HDR effect can make sense...the almost finished cruise ship "Disney Wish" in the wharf (1) - SVE 16-35mm

Steppe buzzard (Buteo vulpinus)  @ Zuka Game Reserve S Africa. These raptors migrate huge distances, from Siberia & Eastern Europe to southern Africa. They arrive in southern Africa in September & return to the exact same area each year & then migrate back to Siberia & E. Europe in March. They are monogamous breeders & stay with one partner throughout life. 

SL2 & Canon 400mm f4 DO USM ll.

Blossoms of a flaming Katy with SL2 and Sigma 105 Macro plus 2 ply extender. The blossoms are small, the magnification scale is app. 2 times natural size.
