Leica Q touch function not working

Hello!

anyone with the same problem? Bought a Q a couple of weeks ago and noticed that swiping images and using the AF release only works from time to time. Not that i ever use these functions but its good to have if you want to sell the camera in the future. I tried to reset the camera but is there someting els i can do?

want to ask Leica about it but cant find

a support e-mail?🤔

Maybe you have changed to another user profile, where the touch function is deactivated. In Leica's user profiles, EVERY single function/adjustment is saved, so if you change from one profile to another and in one of them any function in disabled, this could lead to the assumption that something doesn't work properly. Happened to me already...

Yes but it stops working while using it. Like swiping pictures and suddenly it stops working and i have to use the arrows. Or take maby 2-3 shots with the AF + release and then stops react To my finger touch.😕
