Pecole Posted June 18, 2019 Share #1  Posted June 18, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) When touring our garden to check the vegetation - it rained...a little this morning, for the first time in two months - I was once more fascinated by the large fossils appearing in the ornamental rocks. They all are 14 to 22 centimeters large and - following an expert who visited us last year - are at least 100,000 years old. I took photos, of course. Welcome, dear visitor! Michael Geschlecht Posted June 18, 2019 Share #3  Posted June 18, 2019 Hello Pierre, Nice photos. Nice ammonites. I think that a better translation of what Reini wrote just above is: If you try to dig them up or/& try to remove the surrounding material: They will be damaged. Better to leave them or have someone who knows how to do this correctly dig them out for you. Better yet: Leave them where they are if that is possible. Best Regards, Michael
