joonas Posted April 3, 2019 Share #1  Posted April 3, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) How does Q2 feel at hand? Does it have the same hollow sound and feeling than the Q like there’s empty space and it’s too light? I owned Q2 for 2.5 years and sold it few months ago. Advertisement Posted April 3, 2019 Posted April 3, 2019 Hi joonas, Take a look here Q2 hand feel. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Flu Posted April 3, 2019 Share #2 Â Posted April 3, 2019 Q2 is much more solid feeling and heavier in the hand vs the Q.
ricky1981 Posted April 3, 2019 Share #3 Â Posted April 3, 2019 I never once found the Q felt hollow or too light, people do complain about the strangest things sometimes.
Vov Posted April 4, 2019 Share #4  Posted April 4, 2019 (edited) I only handled a Q in store, but now own a Q2. The Q2 seems more solid/heavy. It also appears to weigh about .17 lbs more based on posted specs. Edited April 4, 2019 by Vov
Mr.Q Posted April 4, 2019 Share #5  Posted April 4, 2019 Holding the Q and Q2 side-by-side, the difference in weight can be felt instantly. Having said that, it still feels significantly lighter than any full frame camera + lens combo.
4peterse Posted April 4, 2019 Share #6 Â Posted April 4, 2019 I don't know the Q, but the Q2 feels very good.
falcon468 Posted April 4, 2019 Share #7  Posted April 4, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have the Q and I think that it feels solid and just the right weight. I still use my Nikon D7000 and my Lumix GX1 M4/3 camera and they feel good as well. The Q reminds me of my old Nikon FE. I find the Q to be unobtrusive and a pleasure to use.
farnz Posted April 4, 2019 Share #8  Posted April 4, 2019 The Q2 is much more solidly packed and heavier than the Q because of all the extra megapixels that have to be crammed in.  Or that's what my butler told me about carrying my Q2. Pete. 1
