Tony, I like the picture with the relativity of the 3 dogs attitudes, but I feel the tangerine emphasis of the sneakers draws the eye away from the action. I feelthis particular composition would work better without the colour. Just my POV.

Leica Q, 1/250, f/16, ISO 100, Macro mode, handheld. CompleMENTary images. Aspen leaf floating in our birdbath and illuminated by the direct sun and casting a shadow. Admittedly, I did a lot of cleanup of dirt in the water using photoshop, but the basic image is unchanged from the original. The leaf and the shadow are as I saw them. I love the refracted light around the edge of the leaf. One can imagine the leaf does not sit flat on the water and the surface tension causing the water around the edges to be raised causing the distortion.
