One piece of advice, do not use this lens on a M8 or M9 unless the rear shroud has been filed appropriately or removed ! Sorry, on the contrary, it should not be at infinity . If you look at the rear element, it protrudes more at infinity and the shroud can hit the inner body of the M9.. I just checked on a 222. I'd use it on other cameras . Check with your local Leica repair person.
