After over a month of preparation, the famous annual Ultra-Festival finally took place in Miami, with hundreds of thousands visitors coming from all over the world. (0ver a million according to some estimates)

It was a lot of fun to walk around and shoot some interesting and colorful people. ;-)

There are more explicit shots that I preferred not to post here, but you are welcome to visit my gallery:

Ah, yes . . . Ultra TV and the Ultra Music Festival

Nothing shocks me here, it looks much as it did when I went about four years ago

Deadmau5 was the draw then, and he satisfied exquisitely--did you catch who was headlining this year Louis?

Don't lose sight of the fact that these are the creatures of the night, the denizens of dark, loud clubs and raves where anything goes in the early morning hours

Very nice shots (including number 2, who looks familiar) and the expressions tell me the subjects were positively engaged with you as a photographer---not an easy fete with this jaded crowd

Much appreciated, Allan; thank you for your kind feedback.

To be honest with you, I have no idea who was in the program. I was just interested in the "colorful" crowd. I asked my daughter, in NY,  who is much better informed than me, but I have not received any response about the artists yet! lol

I am a new resident of South Florida now (for 4 months now); and I am getting used to this kind of life. They don't have museums like in Phili, NY or DC where I used to live before; but they have this kind of life enjoyments... My only problem so far is that I rarely see people who speak English!... I already speak 4 languages and I really don't feel or have thepatience of learning a new one!... lol

I think you will find that money is a "universal language" among this cohort of revelers

It strikes me that while I was being snowed on in Rittenhouse Square you were cavorting in your underwear on South Beach

That said, I have no sympathy for your language difficulties :)

:D

I already had my share of Rittenhouse Square snow around that statute of goat - if it is still there.... I photographed quite a few beautiful women around!... But it was long time ago and I was still student, coming from Europe! :)
