The cities in Chile seem buried in an epidemic of graffiti.  However, as an offshoot of it, the cities have a great deal of street art as well, some of it incorporating existing graffiti.  Generally, throughout the world, there's an unwritten rule that people making graffiti will not "tag" art, but we noticed in Chile that sometimes they break that rule. there are far more examples of Chilean street are on our site for Santiago and for Valparaiso.
