Advertisement Posted November 13, 2017 Posted November 13, 2017 Hi Guest NEIL-D-WILLIAMS, Take a look here Desperatly need a body for my Noctilux and 28mm 5.6 Summercrome. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
frame-it Posted November 13, 2017 Share #42  Posted November 13, 2017 ah..forget FF and throw the noctilux onto this baby  https://youtu.be/tD3oRSTRDgw?t=2m48s
6bit Posted November 13, 2017 Share #43 Â Posted November 13, 2017 Sheesh... Why did you sell your SL? It is about the only option for your requirements. I'm not convinced that the 28/5.6 will deploy its full character on a Sony, the sensor simply is not adapted to Leica wideangles. Nor to other RF lenses, but it probably won't show on your Noctilux, depending on how critical you are. Â I would say, swallow your seller's remorese and get another SL. Â Â There are thin filter stacks conversions available that do a terrific job cleaning op those corners.

Jeff S Posted November 14, 2017 Share #49 Â Posted November 14, 2017 Try different strengths if possible. Eyes change, and the M VF is different, although the 2m virtual focus patch distance is unchanged. Â Do you have any astigmatism? Â Jeff

Jeff He told me that he was bringing a selection to the shop, which makes me think they are the ones for the older M  Yes I think I do have that, I will sometimes pick up the phone then wonder who was I going to call...... jaapv Posted November 14, 2017 Share #51  Posted November 14, 2017 There are thin filter stacks conversions available that do a terrific job cleaning op those corners. But you will still be stuck with a cyclop computer. Even with a thin filter stack - which will help a bit-, the microlenses will not be adapted to the wide incidence angles encountered in some RF lenses. Peter Theres also the issue of the unreliability of the M's so if I buy in the UK and have a problem then for sure Mr Woo is going to say send it to the UK and get them to fix it..............I'm okay with taking care of Mr woo, will just mean taking a weekend off of the piss and that will pay the difference  Neil
