Did you influence the vignetting any in post, either more or less? I see more fall off than I typically experience.

No, nothing. The only thing done in PP is conversion to monochrome. This is without hood or any filter. I've only had the lens for a week, so I'm trying it out in various lighting situations. Sometimes I get a lot of natural vignetting, sometimes almost none.

 

Here is another with the Super-Angulon which has a lot less vignetting.

Do you manually select a lens in the detection menu or leave it at "uncoded" ? I have lens selection off for this lens.

 

 

I only use my S.A. 21/3.4 for deliberate B & W with my M9-P and find coding less of an issue as if the images were to be rendered in color. If I remember correctly, I manually code in the S.A. as the WATE (21mm). I also always shoot a RAW (DNG) file and manage the vignetting as part of managing the RAW file.
