Can't quite get the hang of this new posting interface, but above is a shot I took in Glasgow last week. Leica M4, 35mm Summaron F2.8, and Cine Still 800T film

Colin, I admire and love your  work a lot and I am anxious to see how working in color may change your style. How do you like the Cine Still film for instance, so far?

Thanks, Lex - very kind. The Cinestill film is new to me. I've only shot one roll so far. I think it's essentially a tungsten-balanced film, which resolves a lot of halation around highlights. It might end up being something of a gimmick, which gets old fast. But I do like that new film emulsions are becoming available.

March 2018 - Glasgow. Unusually harsh winter weather, dubbed 'the beast from the east' blew in from Siberia. Glasgow rarely sees snow, it's usually a year round light drizzle.
