This thread is suffering from overposting by a few members; I have hidden some posts. It is a an unwritten convention that we leave space for other participants. The reason is twofold: Overposting drowns out the other posts and, as important, if one floods a thread, the viewers lose interest and won't even look at those posts any more. Domestic Violence is a big issue these days. Below is a street display (Hosier Lane, Melbourne) picturing the women killed in the last 12 months as a result of DV.

I found the lady studying the images quite poignant. Was she wondering, 'am I next?'

At Abbey Road and if these folks are trying to recreate the famous album cover then they're facing the wrong way, but one doesn't want to rain on their parade and point that out when they're having so much fun.

Nor to point out that the original crossing was removed and that’s a new one that’s in a different location IIRC…

Edit - it seems that although Westminster Council stated that the original was moved slightly away from the junction for traffic reasons others have subsequently used photo analysis to “prove” it’s in the same place…but differently painted 🤔
