Performance proof for an SLR Magic 0.95/35 Cine Super-35 lens.

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the footage looks. The lens easily resolves 4K with no visible image quality issues at f/2. Of course, more thorough testing is necessary to see what this optics is capable of. In terms of usability, it feels professional: damped de-clicked aperture, damped focusing ring, focus and aperture gears with standard pitch. The great thing about this lens is that it is made for the M-mount. Hence using it with the SL is simple and reliable.

Please select 2160p for viewing. This is 4K footage.

That video was made shortly after the camera was released, with firmware whose video got a very swift upgrade to fix a dynamic range problem in the 8bit 4K codec.  You may be noticing a desperate effort to undo that problem.

Shadows are somewhat crushed, but skin is where it should be somewhere around 500-550. The problem was with L-Log footage. This looks more like regular compressed file. Might have been some crazy LUT used in post.

Truly, sometimes I end up with footage that makes me wonder is it salvageable at all... Like this one below

Here's a wedding video I shot and edited at 1080p 120fps and 60fps.

Great stuff considering all the "run and gun" required for events like this.  Loved the "arc" move during the dance.  As a former professional Steadicam operator ( back when that was actually a thing)  the tell-tale constant axis shifts of modern stabilizer gimbals drives me nuts.

You minimized that exceptionally well.  I know the overcranking helped but many were still convincingly more like slider moves.

Great job!
