Andrea Bianchi Posted May 26, 2017 Share #1  Posted May 26, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi everyone, on my ex Dslr I loved shooting with a 28mm because of it's close focus.  On the M the minimum distance is 0.7m, is there any adapter to achieve a closer distance? luigi bertolotti Posted May 26, 2017 Share #3  Posted May 26, 2017 There is no way, I think... apart using some 3rd party 28 (*) with a native closer focus distance, with EVF : I don't know how is exactly the length of the 90mm macro adapter, but I'm almost sure that the "shortest" ring with M bayonet is the old Leitz OUFRO/16469 (not difficult to find, and chinese clones are available)  Welcome, dear visitor! As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members!  But mounting onto it an Elmarit 28, set at infinity, it focuses a very little frame... about 10 cm wide, as you can see in this quickly taken picture :   (EVF mandatory, of course)  (*) Or the Elmarit 28 for R (30 cm min. focus) with adapter.... and EVF...
