These sashimi grade Tuna, are caught at sea by seine nets, and hook fishing poles, then put into sea pen farms. There they are fattened on pilchards and fish meal. Divers catch them, often by hand, and coral them into nets for loading on-board.  They weight 35-40 kg each. Tuna Haul Welcome, dear visitor!
