In my earlier tests I saw no significant difference between shots taken at ISO 200 and lightened up to five stops (equivalent to ISO 6400), contra using the "correct" ISO. However, one should keep in mind that LR automatically adds some noise reduction when the exif shows a higher ISO, and this should be set manually when shooting at lower ISO like this.
