How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

Hi, I am new to photography other then automatic didigal cameras, I just bought a 'Q' and would like advice on finding a professional person in the Morris County / Hunterdon NJ area,to instruct me.. Autofair

There's nothing to it other than the on switch.  Make sure the dial on the lens and the dial on top are set to 'A' and the same with the ISO setting in the menu.  After a while just experiment by moving the aperture dial on the lens off A to other settings and then the shutter speed dial at the top off A to other settings.  Take a lot of pictures.

Yes, it is; thanks.

Very hot, humid and tropical so it is the best time to 'escape'! Thank you for your "likes" on my photos. My trip was wonderful.
