I like this shot and really pleased the Q like things 'up sun'!

Think the upper right window and the cars detract... so,

personally, I would crop same ratio, starting from the bottom

right corner up and along to the first appearing car's door

mirror but include the then edge-mounted street light for

framing purposes. I'd probably spot the door mirror too.

Nice... I really like way you've caught the hot atmospherics

and included the highlights up the pavement and railings.

Thanks for the advice! I have cropped to 3268x2178, you are right there are distractions in the original crop.

I cropped a little bit smaller, just started using Lightroom after working with Aperture since v1, havn't used the spot or healing tools yet

Very nice. I like shooting up sun albeit with my Canon telephoto. 

It's good to see my next kit (wider than my usual stuff) is good

for my favourite lighting direction. Still waiting for my Q;~/

Here is a shot from the mist caused by the unusually warm weather we've had here the last couple of days. To right there you can see the whale watching vessel Niels Jonsson. This image is close to being 100% crop.
