As I've just written on the 'Availability' thread, my Chrome M10 arrived in my hands today. Ordered from Red Dot on January 20th, it arrived with them 2 days ago.

The label on the outer carton is printed 2017/05/16.

Having sold my M-240 a few months ago (I never really 'bonded with it' as I did with the M9) i had been thinking of getting another M9 to tide me over, but 'The Call' came just in time.

It would seem that M10s are being made and distributed widely, though in small numbers, with no hold-up in distribution, from what is written on this, and the 'Availability' thread.

"I have also had an order in with them for a 50mm summilux that's had been dragging on since March...hmmm"

Thats ridiculous, I can't believe another UK dealer hasn't got this lens in stock. For example, Clifton Cameras are showing a Chrome in stock,

I've just been told mine will arrive next month. I have three lenses from my M6 - a 50mm tab focus Summicron, a ring focus 50mm Summicron, and a 135 F4 Elmar. Can someone kindly tell me if all these will focus correctly on the M10 with the OVF ?

The first used M10 I've seen so far has appeared at a well-known UK secondhand specialist dealer, located just off London's Oxford St, in Rathbone Place.  It's silver.

The price reflects the lack of UK availability new.

I have no connection with said dealer, financially or otherwise, other than being a satisfied customer of theirs for the last 16 years.

By pure chance I looked at the dealer's website on Thursday evening, saw the M10, rang them first thing Friday to reserve it, and I've just brought it home; along with the used Visoflex 020 they also had, and on which they did a generous deal, so the whole thing wasn't quite as disastrous to my pocket as I had feared.

I had intended to bide my time on the M10, maybe even wait for the M10P, but my M9P's going off to Wetzlar suddenly for a new sensor (before it's too late) and the prospect of it being there for weeks on end in the summer months, rather forced my hand. I haven't had a chance to use the M10 yet - battery charging as I type - but it feels superb in the hand. Sorry if I've pipped anyone else on the Forum to the post!
