The subject often shows less photographic skill than a 'Point and Shoot' approach. I am thinking of pulling-out from this Forum. The quality in many pictures submitted has gone downhill. If so it's the Elmar-C which is very cheap and one of my favourite lenses for my M9.

As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! My original question got separated from the pictures. I was going through the age / history of my Leica lenses. My 28mm Hektor..73mm Hektor and 135mm Elmar are from the 1930's era, but my (90mm f/4 Elmar (silver) is more recent, about 1950's. CharlesL Posted May 11, 2020 Share #5813 Posted May 11, 2020 Summaron 35/3.5 at f/5.6 on a "medium format" Fuji GF50R. The sensor is larger than full frame, and the corners vignette. Some crop and some anti-vignette in post, but not all of the vignette removed. So the shot serves more as an example of how the lens performs on a modern sensor. Welcome, dear visitor!
