gwpics Posted December 13, 2016 Share #1 Posted December 13, 2016 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Two small Berber childen, one shoeless, and wearing dirty dresses sit outside their cave home in Tunisia. This is from 2002 when North Africa was a safer place to visit. I wonder where they are now? I used a Leica M6 and I think this was taken using the 50mm Summicron f2. Gerry Welcome, dear visitor! Shlomo Posted November 22, 2019 Share #4 Posted November 22, 2019 Gerry, You certainly caught the very decisive moment - I love this shot, and somehow I feel pity for these children. Cordially, Shlomo. p.s.: I noticed this picture, because it was filed under "smilar content"

fotografr Posted November 22, 2019 Share #6 Posted November 22, 2019 Your image highlights one of the unique characteristics of still photography--namely that a photograph can be beautiful but still evoke sadness and despair.
